By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our

- Accommodation & roommate matching
- Educational content marketplace
- Student discussion forum
2. User Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You are responsible for your account security
3. Marketplace & Digital Products
- SCHOMART acts as a facilitator
- Users must own rights to digital content
4. Accommodation & Roommate Matching
- No guarantees or background checks
- Users must verify listings independently
5. Content Standards
- No illegal or abusive content
- Platform may remove violating content
6. Fees and Sponsored Services
- Sponsored ads available
- Fees are non-refundable
6A. Digital Product Fees & Payout Charges
- Platform Commission: SCHOMART charges a 5% commission on every successful digital product sale.
- Payment Processing Fees: A 1.5% Paystack payout fee (or applicable provider fee) is deducted.
- Net Earnings: Sellers receive earnings after deductions of:
- 5% SCHOMART commission
- 1.5% payment processing fee
- Fee Changes: Fees may be updated with prior notice.
- Third-Party Responsibility: SCHOMART is not liable for payment processor issues.
Example:
Selling Price: ₦10,000
Commission (5%): ₦500
Paystack Fee (1.5%): ₦150
Net Earnings: ₦9,350
7. Intellectual Property
- Platform content belongs to SCHOMART
- Users grant license for posted content
8. Limitation of Liability
SCHOMART is not liable for user disputes or losses.

Governed by the laws of Nigeria.
